Elaine's practice is rooted in over 20 years of experience and her own lifelong search for answers. When early menopause arrived at 42, it changed how she understood energy, confidence, and the need to be truly heard.
Drawing on that lived experience, Elaine explored the most advanced modalities in integrative wellness: infrared therapy, local cryotherapy, PEMF, red light therapy, and holistic nutrition. She studies each protocol carefully before offering it to a client.
The shift was personal and practical. Elaine felt more like herself again, and women in her circle began to notice, began to ask: “What are you doing differently?”
That single question became the genesis of Holistic Rejuvenation Center. Over 20+ years and 500+ women later, Elaine still leads every client relationship personally — because in her practice, there are no assistants, no hand-offs, no shortcuts. Only bespoke care, delivered by the woman who lived it first.
